The firm leased an entire 26,000 s/f floor at 200 Broad-acres Dr. Mark Tannen and John Friedland of United Realty Advisors served as tenant brokers in the long-term deal.
Additionally, ARMDS, a subtenant of BroadAcres Office Park signed a multi-year direct lease for 8,800 s/f at 400 Boradacres Dr.; Lee Barnes of CBRE served as tenant broker. Another subtenant, office technology and IT solutions company Atlantic Tommorrows Office, signed a lease for 5,800 s/f at 400 Broadacres Dr.; Harlan Hollander of Cushman & Wakefield, served as tenant broker. Law firm Bucceri & Pincus, Esqs. Relocated from Clifton to 3.400 s/f at 300 Broadacres Dr. in a multi-year lease.
Several existing tenants renewed their commitments at BroadAcres Office Park as well. They include Capgemini; Crown Travel; the Law Office of Frank J. Martone, P.C.; Great West Life Insurance; Juniper Communities; Printer Source/Objectif; Ultra Additives and Unicco.
Since acquiring the four-building BroadAcres Office Park in 2006, Prism Capital Partners has completed major capital improvements, including t he creation of an inviting outdoor courtyard and patio area, and full lobby updates at 300 and 400 Broadacres Dr. Tenants also enjoy available conference space and upscale specialty sit-down food service and on-site catering from Classic Café.
